This rustic location was built in 1932 and opened in July 1933 as Crystal Taverns, a premium dance hall.

• Position: Smoke master and principal musician in Tango En Fuego, our house band.  
• Origin: Born & Raised in Racine County, WI 
• Relation to Jeanette: Known & trusted since kids
• Super Power: Genuine concern for everyone and undying willingness to help at a moments notice. 
• Smile Factor: His children, grandson, mastering/"Bradification" of a song, creating smiles.

• Position: Bartender and visual arts/advertising
• Origin: Born & Raised in Arizona, escaped to WI 2022
• Relation to Jeanette: Eldest son & father to all of the Poohs
• Super Power: Sweetest creative soul
• Smile Factor: His wife, his tiny humans, family, gaming, and all things WI. 

• Position: Boy genius & Main Cook
• Origin: Born & Raised in Arizona, dragged to WI 2022
• Relation to Jeanette: Youngest son
• Super Power: To figure out how something works & figure out how to fix it
• Smile Factor: Time spent with family especially his nephews & nieces, gaming, and research of ANY type

• Position: Back up smoker& Special Events staff
• Origin: Born & Raised in Arizona, escaped to WI 2022
• Relation to Jeanette: Daughter (in Law) - Alex
